Role Overview: Virtual Social Media MarketerAs our Virtual Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns that align with AsiaHRM mission and objectives. This is a fully remote, full-time role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact on the HR community. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the team, your role will involve content creation, community management, and strategy development, with a focus on increasing engagement and building a strong online presence. Here are your main responsibilities: 1. Content Creation- Develop engaging, creative, and informative content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Your content will include posts, videos, graphics, articles, and infographics designed to engage HR professionals and communicate AsiaHRM mission.
- Focus on creating content that educates, motivates, and drives conversations among HR practitioners.
2. Social Media Strategy Development- Work closely with the AsiaHRM team to plan and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our goals for brand awareness, community engagement, and lead generation.
- Ensure that the strategies reflect our values and are tailored to the unique needs and interests of our HR audience.
- Stay current with social media trends and platform changes to ensure we are using the most effective tactics for engagement.
3. Community Engagement and Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging in relevant conversations across social media channels.
- Your goal is to foster a sense of connection and create an environment where HR professionals feel supported, informed, and motivated.
- Actively engage with followers by answering questions, sharing valuable insights, and encouraging discussions around HR topics.
4. Analytics and Performance Tracking- Monitor and analyze the performance of our social media content and campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
- Track key metrics, including engagement rates, audience growth, and click-through rates, to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance, offering insights into what’s working and where improvements can be made.
5. Trend Monitoring- Keep a pulse on the latest trends in social media and HR, ensuring that our content remains fresh and relevant.
- Be proactive in incorporating new tools, features, and techniques to improve engagement and enhance the user experience.
- Regularly evaluate new platforms, trends, and technologies that could elevate our social media presence.
6. Partnership Development- Identify potential partnerships with organizations, businesses, and influencers in the HR industry to expand our reach and visibility.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners to amplify our content, co-host webinars, and explore cross-promotion opportunities.
QualificationsWe are looking for a social media expert who is both creative and strategic, with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of digital marketing. Here’s what we’re looking for: 1. Education and Experience- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but we value experience and results above all.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of creating successful campaigns and building engaged communities on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
2. Skills- Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to create content that resonates with a professional audience.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Creative thinking problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering content that engages and informs our audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both followers and internal teams effectively.
3. Preferred Skills- Graphic Design: Familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing social media posts.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles to help increase content visibility and drive website traffic from social media.
- Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
